MathUP
MathUP is a website developed with two main components, MathUP Classroom and MathUP School. The former is designed to support teachers, while the latter is geared towards administrators. MathUP Classroom provides teachers with lesson plans that address curriculum expectations and a framework to meet all expectations for the schoolyear. Lessons are developed with the intention of purposefully building student understanding and comprehension. This resource is still under construction and more is being added to it regularly.

PROS
Teachers can follow the default pathway, or may choose to build their own pathway according to his or her personally spiraled plans. Lesson plans are extremely clear and contain all necessary images and prompts without having to access numerous links. There are also additional activities available to help each guided lesson for those students who may need a little more help. The site will be providing all resources in both English and French (although this is not yet available for all grades, it will be coming!)

CONS
Perhaps the biggest con to this website is the cost. Subscriptions are quite pricey ($899 per user) which can make it infeasible for some educators. Teachers would likely need to have their administrator on board to purchase a subscription. Lesson plans can be a bit heavy on manipulatives. The use of manipulatives is not the con; however, the availability of manipulatives at individual schools may impact the ability of teachers to use all available lesson plans.
